Who are they?
Q-dance is a Dutch dance event organiser that love the harder styles of electronic dance music, such as Hardcore, Hardstyle, Dubstyle, Techno and Hard House. They run vast concerts and festivals including Defqon.1 Festival, Qlimax and X-Qlusive. Q-dance events in Australia.
They never stop outdoing themselves with their events getting bigger, bolder and badder every time and include the largest sound and light rigs in the southern hemisphere!
How we helped
Over the years we have worked with both Transmission prior to taking on the Q-Dance brand. Over the course of that time we:
- Conceptualised and constructed campaigns
- Created virtual number SMS competition and automation
- Provided the infrastructure to grow their customer database exponentially
- Re-coded all email templates and make them mobile-ready

Thanks to the endless possibilities of BrandMail we run a 10+ websites all linked to our marketing database. Fans can sign up for a newsletter, join a promo team, and enter competition online or by SMS. Keeping in touch with our fans is much easier, and we can track what's hot and what's not with them!
